KARACHI: Three suspects including a woman and two men were apprehended from city’s Frere Town area in a case pertaining to the kidnapping of a minor girl, authorities reported.
According to the police, the suspects kidnapped the two-and-a-half-year-old minor when she was playing outside her home.
After the news reports of the kidnap were aired on local media, the suspects brought the girl claiming that they had found her.
However, on the other hand, the suspect (woman) was caught in CCTV cameras while she was kidnapping the girl.
The police have arrested the suspects and they have confessed the kidnapping as well. Further investigations of the incident are underway.
